Cyclone 3 e-shop is an electronic shop. The goal of the system is to simplify and improve effectiveness of the communication between your partners (or clients) and your company. Cyclone3 E-Shop is one of the leading solutions for online shoping thanks to it's technological and implementation quality.

We are capable to integrate your already available technological infrastructure such as your warehouse registry directly to our E-shop solution.

E-shop administration becomes trivial as all you have to do is to use your standard software as before. Cyclone3 E-shop integrates standard features for internet customers. This includes an product catalog, evidence of orders, pay system, print and evidence of transactions, delivery systems. Other features may be added upon request.


Currently integrated with ERP system SPIN that is developed by DATALOCK company. This ERP system is oriented to more complex company environemnts. Whole system is very user-frienly with easy
orientation. Administration part makes easy administrator's job, who fills in the products into I-shop that can be deliver through two different enviroment. Directly through ERP system or the web environemt of the Cyclone 3 e-shop application.

Integrated e-shop

Internal product catalog implementation is available by default but we also offer integration with your existing system and Cyclone 3.

Product catalog provides an easy way to create and modify your products and product categories. Products are described by name, sizes, weight, price, text description, other technical parameters and optional multimedial
attachments.

Administration section of orders lets you look up any order and its status. Orders contain information about ordered
products, ammounts, type of delivery and payment. Every order may be monitred by status and even by status of
individual products inside the order.

Your customers can choose type of payment that suits them most in Cyclone3 E-shop. Payment by electronic
transfer, direct payment, internet banking, card payment and instalment payment.

Cyclone3 E-shop has an inteligent system for delivery cost calculation. It can add delivery costs automaticaly to an
order depending on type, destination, size and urgency of the order.

Delivery system can be further customized using equations based on your delivery providers. Each equation can
be associated with types of products, categories, individual products and even to each customer. This features can
be very helpful during saleouts on certain types of items.

Your customers can be informed about new products, changes and other important events by "Direct mail" or using
RSS/Atom technology.
